Creamy Cheesy Easy tomato soup

Ok so first the holiday gift Gide is coming still trying to figure out how to post so many pictures may have to do it in parts but  on with this post..

This is as the title says a creamy cheesy easy tomato soup recipe, this is my own recipe that I discovered while messing around in the kitchen recently trying to come up with something new and yummy to take to Christmas dinner. I know that a lot of you are probably doing just the same thing.     Fair warning that this is not a super healthy recipe so if you are going to a Christmas dinner with a lot of super health Conscious people this might not be the best but this is the holiday season it's the time to be naughty when it comes to food. Also I'd like to mention that this is vegetarian friendly so if you skip the meat like me them this is perfect. All of that said this is Delicious and I hope some of you enjoy it this holiday season.

The Ingredients that you'll need is
3 Tbs Whipping cream
1/2 cup of Graded Parmigiana cheese (buy a brick of it and grad finely)
2 TBS Butter
Half and half
1 can of Tomato soup

Cook ware you'll need
1 small sauce pan (if your doubling you'll need a bigger one)
1 whisk
1 fine cheese grader
Measuring cups
Butter knife

Ok so to start this recipe your going to need to start basically making a very small Portion of a basic Alfredo sauce. Don't let this scare you away because is easy.

This is the part of it that I don't even measure I just kind of eye it so this is just a guide line but you might need some more so make sure you have that.

First add the whipping cream and the butter and turn the stove on around medium. Let thy the butter melt and them add just enough half and half to very lightly cover the bottom of the pan  and let if heat up a bit.
Not your going to add graded cheese little bits at a time and whisk it in letting it melt and devolve in to the butter and cream.you may need to add a little more cheese or a little more half and half in this process to have that on hand and rest to go, Because you really don't want to stop whisking that much until this part is done.
Your going to want your sauce to be smooth and free of most chucks. I good sign to see if us ready is lift the whisk and make sure it's not stringy like melted cheese you want it to be creamy. If it strings up a bunch it's just like melted cheese. If its like this add a little half and half.
Sense were making this a soup and not a pasta sauce it's ok if this is a bit on the runny side.
The next step is to add in the can of soup and mix it all together then slowly add in about 8ounces of half and half  that's about the can so you can just fill that up. If you think the half and half may be to heavy for you, you can use your choice of milk. Whisk this all together and let it heat up.    Serve in a bowl and you can sprinkle some Italian herb seasoning or basil over the tops for a bit if flavour and presentation.

That is the full recipe this is really just like making regular tomato soup but making a little bit of that Parmigiana sauce to start with.  I think it's great because I always likes a little cheese on top of my soup so this is great.
I think this is a great thing to add to your holiday spread and is Definitely something no one had tried. If your making this in advance then just heat up in a sauce pan or if at a hosts house heat up in the microwave and stop it about every 20 second to stir so there's so Separation and it's evenly heated.
Thanks so much for reading.. Many posts will be up soon and have a happy holidays.
